ANNOUNCEMENTS

REMINDER

When picking up your child(ren) at dismissal - PLEASE attach your visor tags to your car visor. Do not set them on your dash - our staff cannot see them. Help us make the end of day pick-up process as safe and efficient as possible. Thank you!


Picture Day

Picture Day is coming! 

On Wednesday, September 30th all students will get their picture taken.

 Paper copies of order forms were sent home last week. If you need another copy, please stop by the office. You can also order pictures online by visiting https://orders.portraitmasters.volumephoto.io/?gallerypassword=SFRF0926.

If your student misses Picture Day, we will have a retake day on October 28th.



PTC News

Dear Parents,


Please look for the Jog-A-Thon packets coming home in your student's Friday folder. Students will have three weeks to fundraise, 

with all packets due by October 12th.

The Jog-A-Thon will take place on October 2nd. Your student's teacher will send a ParentSquare message with the specific running schedule.

If you would like to volunteer as a lap counter for your child's class, please ensure your background check is approved prior to the event.

Counting laps not your thing? We also need volunteers to pass out refreshing treats to students, as well as volunteers for our PTC 

work party to collect and count packets.

PBIS AWARD WINNERS

Each week we recognize classes for being safe, respectful, and responsible in multiple areas of the school. Here were our award winners from the past week.


  • Golden Tray award for outstanding cafeteria behavior: Mrs. Denny’s class

  • Golden Dustpan award for a tidy classroom: Mr. Henderson’s class,  Ms. Mathis’ class, Mrs. Brueckner’s class

  • Golden Shoe award for outstanding hallway behavior: Mrs. Brautigam’s class
