A MESSAGE FROM MRS. WOLD

Dear Robert Frost Families,

Again this year, the Silver Falls School District has partnered with YouthTruth—a nonprofit organization that supports hundreds of schools and districts across the country—to gather anonymous input from families about school culture, engagement, relationships, communication, school safety, resources, and more.

WE NEED YOUR VOICE — AND IT MATTERS!

Family feedback is one of the most important tools we have to understand what’s working well and where we can grow. Our goal is to have the highest possible parent participation, because the more families who share their perspective, the better we can support our students and school community.

Please take 15 minutes to help us by completing this survey. Your input is important to help guide improvement in our school and district.

Take the Family Survey between now and November 20th by clicking this link:  ytsurvey.org/sfsdfamily26

Please note:

  • The survey needs to be completed in one sitting.

  • We ask that one member of each household fill out the survey.

  • If you have more than one child who attends the same school, you may respond to the survey multiple times - one time per child.

  • If you write any comments, please do not include your name or anything else that might identify you. Your responses are anonymous, and they will be combined with the responses of other parents and guardians before being shared back with school and district leadership.

  • We appreciate and take to heart clear, thoughtful comments that are communicated respectfully.

Your feedback is really helpful to us at Robert Frost Elementary. Thanks for taking the time to complete this survey, and please let us know if you have any questions.
